Accessibility Statement with Assessment of Disproportionate Burden

The Slovenian Enterprise Fund (SPS) is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website https://razvojniplus.podjetniskisklad.si/ in accordance with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 30/18, 95/21 – ZInfV-A, 189/21 – ZDU-1M, and 18/23 – ZDU-1O) and Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 02.12.2016, pp. 1–15).

This accessibility statement applies to the entire SPS website.

Description of Accessible Features

Accessibility for users with special needs is supported through the following system adjustments:

  • The website features a clear and consistent structure and navigation.

  • The HTML code is reviewed and optimised to meet the requirements of various devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).

  • The site can be enlarged up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. Links are clearly recognisable.

  • Users can adjust font size using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl + + and Ctrl – –).

  • Colour contrasts between text and background are suitable for readability.

  • The design is responsive, adapting to different screen sizes without losing content.

  • The website can be navigated using only a keyboard (Tab and Shift + Tab keys) to move through menus and content.

  • Online forms are accessible.

  • The website is optimised for screen readers.

  • The website includes a search function.

  • Pages behave in a predictable and consistent way.

  • Users can choose a grayscale mode or invert colours using the accessibility tool.

  • Users can adjust dark and light contrast modes.

  • Users can disable animations and automatic sliders via the accessibility menu.

  • Users can adjust font size through the accessibility settings.

  • A site map and search function support easier navigation.

  • Logical link names clearly describe their target destination.

  • The website does not include flashing content, except for a sliding banner on the homepage and a logo carousel, both of which can be paused using a control button or by disabling animations in the accessibility menu.

  • The website is safe for all user groups, including those sensitive to flashing or rapidly changing content.
