Personal Data Protection
To carry out its activities, the Slovenian Enterprise Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) must collect and process certain personal data.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (such as name, surname, address, email, phone number, ID number, or online identifier) — in other words, any data that can be used to determine a person’s identity.
The Fund processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and has aligned its operations with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has been in force since 25 May 2018.
The Fund ensures that all personal data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, with full respect for individuals’ rights.
Personal data are collected and processed only for specific purposes and to the minimum extent necessary.
They are retained only for as long as required by law or necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected.
